At Content Factory Media Group, we see ourselves similar to mutants from X-Men from the Marvel Comics, using our unique creative superpowers to transform ideas into marketing assets for our clients. Each creative at our company possesses a distinctive talent, akin to mutants with extraordinary abilities.

The Content Factory Studios serves as our own version of The Xavier Institute for Higher Learning, also known as the X-Mansion. Just as the X-Mansion is the base of operations for the X-Men, our headquarters in Hollywood, Florida is where we collaborate, hone our skills, and produce exceptional content for our clients. This creative hub allows us to unite our superpowers, ensuring that every project we undertake is crafted with precision, passion, and unparalleled creativity.

Producer & Content Strategist

Rainier “RJ” Brissett is our Video Producer and Content Strategist, but his super power is recruiting talented creatives, into a collaborative, community. 

That’s why we consider him the Professor X of our team. 

(Don’t tell him we said that. He thinks Professor X is boring.)

New clients work with RJ first. He translates their vision onto mood boards. He brainstorms out-of-the-box ideas. 

He creates strategies to get the right message to the right people. 

He keeps us on schedule during production days and ensures all the videos are stored safely. He communicates with clients during revisions until they’re happy with the final product. 

Then he ushers the social media posts, the ads, the podcasts, and newsletters out into the world.

Abdul-Haleem is our Director of Productions that translate our clients’ ideas into video artistry. 

Known for his free spirit and bold sense of fashion, he embodies the charismatic and daring Gambit of our team. 

As the Director of Productions, Abdul-Haleem oversees every project from ideation to the final deliverables, ensuring that each project meets our high standards and exceeds client expectations. His unique vision and dynamic approach bring a touch of magic to every production, making him an invaluable asset in our mission to bring our clients' visions to life.

RJ first met Abdul in 2018, after noticing they were shooting with the same camera at a community event. 

Their bond was forged when they recognized mutual respect in one another — a quality they rarely saw in other media creators.

Creative Director & Post-Production Manager

Raoul is our Creative Director and Post-Production Manager, providing a stabilizing energy to our creative team. As the Cyclops leader of our group, he transforms our ideas into final deliverables that power our clients' marketing campaigns.

Raoul leads our team of editors, ensuring that deadlines are met and that the quality and messaging remain consistent. His leadership and dedication ensure that every project is executed flawlessly, making him an indispensable part of our mission to deliver exceptional results for our clients.

RJ first saw him while taking photos at a high school event. Raoul was the 16-year-old student on stage, giving a speech during a visit from the governor. 

They connected again during an event with the Urban League of Broward County. A powerful team of creators was born.

Operations Director

Chanel embodies the strength and versatility of Storm from the X-Men. Just as Storm controls the elements, Chanel seamlessly manages multiple responsibilities, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication between our clients and creative team.

Her superpower lies in her ability to handle client requests with precision and maintain clarity and coordination within our team, making her an invaluable asset in bringing our clients' visions to life.

At Content Factory, we see ourselves as mutants, much like the X-Men, using our unique creative superpowers to transform ideas into reality. Chanel’s dedication and exceptional skills are a testament to this philosophy, driving our mission forward with every project she oversees.

Video Editor

Renand is our video editing wizard, transforming the raw videos we shoot into the masterpieces we deliver to our clients. Much like the reliable and introverted Beast from the X-Men, Renand brings a combination of technical expertise and thoughtful creativity to our team.

Renand works quickly and efficiently, consistently turning around videos in 7 to 10 business days and handling edits responsively. His dedication and skill ensure that each project meets our high standards and exceeds our clients’ expectations.

Creation Out of Destruction

Once assembled, our budding team of collaborative creators began working on a documentary called “Broken Chains.” 

RJ had this idea of showing how previously incarcerated people transition out of prison. 

We began work on the project in February 2020.

… Yeah. You know where this story is going. 

Up till then, we funneled our creativity into passion projects while comfortably relying on other sources of income. 

Then the Big Bang of the pandemic happened. Suddenly, all the dinosaurs were gone. 

By “dinosaurs,” we mean our paychecks. 

We put a pause on the passion-only project so we could figure out how to eat and keep the bills paid. 

As we looked around, we recognized that other businesses were going through the same storm. 

We decided to focus on how we could help five local businesses stay open. We honed our skills in market research and our results-driven strategy by crafting our own business model in the field.

Then the George Floyd murder reset the national temperature. Again. 

We responded by offering 50 free headshots to Black community leaders and business owners in our South Florida community over the course of 30 days. 

Through that project, we recognized how much we valued community and giving back.

By October of 2020, we booked our first official clients as the newly minted… 

Content Factory Media Group! (cue the airhorn!)  

We’ve been growing ever since. And we’re not about to stop now.
